A "rivoli" is a pointed backed crystal and that's what the designer of this finding intended be glued into the dangle. Well, yes, you could do that, but you can also replace the tivoli with polymer clay! My earrings are quite simple, just bullseye canes and a dainty crystal in the center. The finding itself is simple but strong but will add quite a bit to the intrinsic value of any earrings you may make.
